tsMuxeR Chapter Marks Converter and Merger
Convert und merge multiple chapter marker formats into the tsMuxeR chapter format.

Explanation
- input format hh.mm.ss.ff (Magix VDL) or hh:mm:ss.mss (tsMuxeR) (ff: frame per second - 2 digits; mss: miliseconds - 3 digits)
- digit separator can be dot or double dot or a combination of both (only for non tsMuxer format)
- chapter seperator can be semicolon or new line
- missing first 2 digits will be recognized as "00:"
- multiple chapter lists will be summated
- maximum input for maximum duration is 24 hours (24:00:00:00)
- generate will recognize and integrate existing timestamps in input list
